A Space for Dads Who Are Figuring This Out As They Go
No pitch and no slides to sit through. Just a live, facilitated conversation about the parts of fatherhood nobody quite prepares you for, with other dads in the same stretch of the journey.
Why a room like this matters
In 1990, about 3% of men said they had no close friends. Today it's closer to 15%. For new fathers the toll runs even deeper: roughly 1 in 10 experience depression or anxiety in the year after their child is born, close to double the rate seen in men generally, and most never say so out loud.
We'll open the evening with that picture: what's actually going on for men and fathers right now, and why sitting in a room with other dads changes it. From there the format opens up. It's a real conversation, not a lecture, and exactly how we run it depends on how many of us are in the room that night.
