A Fathers' Circle That Meets You Where You Actually Are
Not therapy: a small, professionally facilitated peer group for fathers, meeting weekly for six weeks. One hour, one topic, a real conversation with other dads doing this alongside you.
What a session actually looks like
We open with a short check-in round, so everyone actually lands in the room before we start. Then Roi introduces that week's focus, drawn from the transition into fatherhood, co-parenting and partnership, presence under work-family pressure, and emotional regulation and communication.
Most of the hour is open peer conversation: guided, not scripted. We close with a short round too, so nobody leaves mid-thought. You don't have to talk every week to get something out of it. A lot of what changes here happens from listening.
What's said in the circle stays in the circle
Everyone in the group agrees not to repeat what another father shares outside the room: no names, no details, to partners, coworkers, or anyone else. Sessions are never recorded, and everyone commits not to screenshot or screen-record any part of it. Roi holds the same boundary from his side: he doesn't disclose who's in a cohort to anyone.

This works because people show up
A peer group only works if the room can count on itself. If you register for the six-week cohort, that means showing up for all six, on time and present. Not perfect attendance, but real intent, and a heads-up to the group if something comes up.
If a single session is a better fit for right now, that's fine too. You can always decide the full cohort is for you later.
Try one session, or commit to the cycle
Drop into one session with no commitment beyond that hour. A good way to see if the room is a fit before you commit to the cycle.
About $40/session, paid upfront when you register for the cycle. Same group, six weeks running, so the conversation actually gets to build.
Cohort Starts Thu, Nov 5 · 8:30 PM ET
Space is limited to keep the circle small enough to actually talk. Reserve below and Roi will follow up by email with payment and the Zoom link.
